“Inspiring Future Marketers to Flourish Creative Minds”- with this objective, Department of Marketing, Faculty of Business Administration, AIUB organized Marketing IDEA Exhibition, Fall 2017-18 on November 22, 2017 for the students of the course, Principles of Marketing.  18 teams of students have participated in this event which was held in Annex 2, First Floor, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM on the particular day. This event has been initiated to educate, inspire and connect the young marketers of AIUB to apply the basic marketing concepts into practice by developing new product or service ideas and portray the relevant marketing strategies with creative images, graphics and project demonstrations.

The Exhibition was inaugurated by Prof. Dr. Charles C. Villanueva, Pro Vice Chancellor & Dean, Faculty of Business Administration, accompanied by Ms. Farheen Hassan, Director BBA Program & Dr. Khondaker Sazzadul Karim, Coordinator, Department of Marketing. The group projects were evaluated based on the criteria of innovative thinking, concept development and idea demonstration by the Judges Panel consisting of the esteemed faculty members from FBA.  In addition to that, students from different academic discipline also observed the event and interacted with the participants. The event concluded with the Award giving ceremony where the Champion, First Runner-up and Second Runner-up teams were awarded with tokens of appreciation (Crests & Medals)  for their excellent performance in the event. The highlight of the program was the graceful and inspirational presence of Dr. Carmen Z. Lamagna, Vice Chancellor, AIUB, among the winners of the event. For making Marketing IDEA Exhibition a grand success, Department of Marketing would like to extend is gratitude to the Management of the University for their cordial cooperation. The event was organized by Ms. Tahsina Khan & Ms. Yesmin Sultana with the supervision of Dr. Khondaker Sazzadul Karim.
